What is behind the agreement with Iran?

Paraskinio – issue 576 p. 45, Apr. 28, 2017
A few days ago, the magnitude of the scandal of the secret details of the nuclear agreement between the previous US and Iranian government was revealed. The six Iranians who were released by the Obama administration as a conditional agreement were not simple people, nor the reason for their detention was the violation of economic sanctions against Iran but a serious threat to US national security. So their release from the Obama administration circumvented the law and abused the powers of the president. This raises the question whether there are other confidential elements in this agreement.
The nuclear agreement between Iran and the six countries under the leadership of the Obama administration on April 2, 2015 is one of the things the American leadership boasted because it “prevented Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons without the need for military action but rather through diplomacy”. However, this agreement included a number of secret points that I would mention and explain the negatives and the positive ones in a simple way.
The main point of the Iranian nuclear agreement was to reduce the proportion of depleted uranium so that it could only be used for medical and economic purposes. The reality and leaks of various Western intelligence services, as well as Israel, confirm that Iran still has large quantities of depleted uranium, so the key point of this agreement has not been implemented. But the secret point of the agreement, which has not been published, is that the Obama administration has committed itself to diversifying its policy with Iran in the Middle East and giving the green light to increase its influence in the wider region, while promised to not carry out any direct military action against the Assad regime that would lead to its fall. And here is the risk of this agreement.
Iran, after the deal, has increased its influence on Iraq, Syria, Lebanon and Yemen, which are suffering today from bloody wars. Iran has also formed in these countries sectarian militias directly linked to it, creating hundreds of thousands of victims. These militias were directly bolstered by the Obama administration through the release of funds from US banks. As a result, this agreement was the main cause of the wars currently taking place in the Middle East. Iran has managed to restructure its economy and attract western investors through this deal. The deal did not prevent it from building and testing more ballistic missiles, although it provides the opposite. So what is the incentive behind accepting the above from the previous US government?
What has been mentioned before may be only a small part of the secret details of this agreement, which has supported Iran and allowed it to wreak havoc in the region without hindering it from secretly developing its nuclear program. Are there, I wonder, secret personal agreements between Obama himself and former Foreign Minister John Kerry, who was one of the warmest supporters of this deal?
